Lemon cookies are I think my mothers favorite cookie. These are soft lemon cookies great for summer and spring or when you are wishing for summer or spring to come ;) Zesty Lemon cookies are soft and lemony (if that's even a word) with a little powder sugar on top to show off those cracked surface. If you like lemon or lemon bars you'll have to try this one. I don't have a picture right now but will have one up within a week for you all so see. (I'm sure my mother will be so excited to receive a few of these)Zesty Lemon
