      1.Can you match certain colors, if we provide you with the specifications?

I will make every attempt to closely match the colors you have provided to us (via color or fabric swatches). Generally, I can match or come very close to the desired color. However, as I am dealing with food products, small variations may occur.

   
       2.Will each cookie look exactly the same?
Due to the hand-made nature of this cookie product, there may be slight variations in color and design. Each cookie is unique.
     
       3.What cookie shapes do you have available?
Countless cookie shapes are available, beyond what you see here (since I forget to take pics). If you have a specific shape or theme in mind, please contact me to discuss your vision. The possibilities are limitless and I enjoy creating cookies that are truly customized for your needs. I will come up with something and email you a sketch.
    
      4.Are you able to place tags (e.g., Thank You, Happy Birthday) on each bagged cookie?
I am more than happy to place personalized tags on each bag, and an additional packaging fee of $0.25 per cookie. The personalized tags must be received 3 days prior to delivery or pickup date.

      5.How soon do I need to place my order?
For custom cookies I would like at least 1 week but I do know that as a parent sometimes life just gets busy and we forget or want something last minute. So for a simple design I can usually do it with 72 hours notice. Just contact me and we can usually work something out.
